Refund policy

At CozyBeetle, we want you to feel good about every purchase. We’re a small shop, and your support truly means the world to us. If something doesn’t go as planned, we’ll always do our best to make it right.

✧If We Made a Mistake✧

If we packed your order incorrectly, we’ll fix it right away — no stress. Please email us at cozybeetle.help@gmail.com within 14 calendar days of receiving your package. We’ll send the correct items, and if anything needs to be returned, we’ll cover the shipping.

When emailing, include:

  • Your full name
  • Your order number
  • A short description of the issue
  • Photos of the items (optional, but they help us resolve things faster)

✧Returning Items You Don’t Love✧

We completely understand that sometimes an item just isn’t the right fit. You may be able to return your order within 30 calendar days of receiving it. 

!!Before emailing us or sending anything back, please check the product categories below to see if your item is eligible. This helps us avoid disappointment and extra shipping costs for items that, unfortunately, can’t be returned!!

To request a return, email cozybeetle.help@gmail.com with:

  • Your full name
  • Your order number
  • Details about what you’d like to return

Non-Apparel (stickers, stationery, enamel pins, keychains, buttons, etc.)

  • Eligible for return if unused and in brand-new condition
  • If the return isn’t due to our mistake, you cover return shipping
  • Refunds are for the item price only (original shipping is non-refundable)

Apparel (earrings, hats, sweaters, fabric bags, etc.)

Because of hygiene and sanitary concerns, apparel and wearable items cannot be returned or exchanged. We know this can be frustrating--we apologise and truly appreciate your understanding.

Please use our sizing guides carefully before ordering clothing to help get the right fit.

Blankets & Plushies (for if and when we sell them)

Fabric items like blankets and plushies can only be returned if they are unopened, unused, in their original packaging, and with tags attached. Items with odors, stains, wear, or missing packaging/tags cannot be refunded. We hope you understand this is to protect everyone’s safety.

  • Eligible for return only if unopened, unused, in original packaging, and with all tags attached
  • Items with odors, stains, wear, or missing packaging/tags cannot be refunded
  • If the return isn’t our mistake, you cover return shipping

Once we receive your return and confirm it meets the conditions above, we’ll process a refund within 3–10 business days (minus original shipping).

✧Non-Returnable Items✧

Some items just can’t be taken back (like worn apparel, opened plushies, or anything outside the guidelines above). We wish we could make exceptions, but for health and safety reasons, these items are not eligible for refunds.

If items are sent back that don’t qualify for a return under the guidelines above, we unfortunately cannot issue a refund or send them back. We truly don’t want anyone to be disappointed, so please double-check that your items are new and unused — unless of course the return is due to a mistake on our part. ✧Refund Timelines✧

  • Track your return package first — since you are the shipper, we don’t have access to tracking info.
  • After your return arrives at our facility, refunds are processed within 3–10 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).
  • If 10 business days pass without a refund, check with your bank first, as they may still be processing.
